Locate and Research Client Error/Debug Logs
If there are Clarify Studio errors that occur due to re-building of the projects, licensing issues or anything outside the purview of the Admin Console, users will want to review the EXTOL Studio Logs.
To review the logs: goto the Menu Help->About Clarify Integration Studio Menu, users can click on the Installation Details button.
Once the Installation detail screen appears, click on the Configuration tab
From the Configurations Screen, users will be able to see how the Clarify Studio Client is configured. Users can also view the Studio error log by clicking on View Error Log.
When users click on View Error Log.: their browser will open up with the error data log. This log is located within their respective EXTOL workspace.
